Today StarTran sent to its employees a copy of its final contract proposal, along with a letter and a chart detailing each issue that ATU 1091 has raised, and StarTran’s response. The chart clearly shows that StarTran has been negotiating diligently and in good faith, as many issues raised by the union have been addressed within the final offer by StarTran.
